Sell your equipment

Two ways to sell your equipment

Our core business: buying your equipment directly, with a firm offer and integrated logistics. Depending on your timeline, your status and the volume to sell, we can also offer, as an option, a sales mandate through NP Global Consulting, MLE's parent company. In both cases, de-installation, packing and transport are handled by specialised teams.

Radiologists, clinics, short deadlines, equipment in stock

Direct purchase by MLE

Medical Logistics Europe makes you a firm buy-back offer, manages the project and all the logistics: de-installation, packing, transport, storage, export. A fast answer when the schedule is tight.

  • Firm offer based on your quotation form
  • Deposit then balance paid before de-installation
  • In-house de-installation, export packing and transport teams
  • Buy-back and de-installation certificates for your filings
OptionalPublic hospitals, groups, clinics, leasing companies

The NPGC sales mandate

You entrust the sale of your equipment to NPGC, which values it, builds the technical file, puts its network of qualified buyers in competition and presents you with a comparison of the offers. You keep the final decision.

  • No fees for you: the commission is paid by the buyer
  • Documented competitive process, useful for your internal procedures
  • No more than 6 months between the tender and de-installation
  • Full payment before de-installation, buy-back certificate issued

Five steps, a controlled timeline

The second-hand market is volatile: an offer has a limited validity. The sale is therefore organised so that the official tender and the de-installation fit within six months at most.

  1. 1
    Weeks 1–2

    Scoping and inventory

Online quotation form, site visit, survey of the specifications and logistical constraints.

  2. 2
    Weeks 2–4

    Valuation and mandate agreement

Realistic estimate, anonymised technical file, signature of the mandate: scope, duration, exclusivity.

  3. 3
    Weeks 4–8

    Buyers put in competition

File circulated to the network, written offers collected, comparison table. MLE may submit an offer on the same terms as the others.

  4. 4
    Weeks 8–12

    Decision and contracts

You choose the offer. Sale contract or disposal decision and revenue order, deposit, balance before de-installation.

  5. 5
    Up to month 6

    De-installation, removal and closing

Planning with your departments, de-installation by specialised teams, certificates, documented export.

NP Global Consulting EURL — Strasbourg · 20 years' experience of the second-hand market · Equipment sold under mandate is resold exclusively outside France.

What you receive

A written estimate, an inspection sheet for each piece of equipment, a tender file, a comparison of the offers, the contracts and certificates, then a closing file with photos and export documents.

What you do not pay

NPGC's fees. The commission is collected from the selected buyer, which also simplifies the administrative process for public institutions: no NPGC invoice to handle on your side.
