Expert de-installation and quality tests
De-installation is entrusted to engineers qualified for the make and model concerned. Before removal, suitable quality tests document the condition of the system (reference images, counters, software versions), and a photo inventory is made.
Handling, crane lifting and transport
We take care of every step: delicate handling with the right tools (skates, platforms), precision crane lifting when the equipment cannot use standard access routes, tail-lift loading, then road, sea or air transport to destination.
Secure storage and logistics
Between de-installation and shipping, your equipment is stored in our Strasbourg depot, in a controlled environment, with full logistics management to preserve its integrity until departure.
What a standard buy-back includes
Medical Logistics Europe covers the standard de-installation costs:
- de-installation (magnet ramp-down, de-cabling, disassembly)
- packing (palletising, moving boxes, adhesive tape, bubble wrap and stretch film), floor protection where applicable
- handling (moving the equipment with handling tools)
- loading (with tail lift)
Remain the responsibility of the site, quoted separately if required:
- —opening of walls, roof or partitions to allow free passage of the equipment
- —water / electricity lock-out
- —shoring and floor reinforcement (where applicable)
- —administrative declarations or permits (where applicable)
